Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Token Hub ("we", "us", or "our") provides an AI model API relay service that forwards requests to upstream inference providers and returns responses to clients. The Service is accessible at https://124.156.169.253.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. API Usage

4.1 Authentication

You must use a valid API key to access the Service. API keys are generated through the admin dashboard. You are responsible for keeping your API key secure and confidential.

4.2 Rate Limits

We may impose rate limits to ensure fair usage. Current rate limits are communicated through API response headers.

4.3 Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Resell or redistribute API access without authorization
• Generate content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights
• Attempt to overwhelm, overload, or attack the Service infrastructure
• Use the Service to train competing AI models without authorization

5. Pricing and Billing

5.1 Usage-Based Pricing

The Service charges based on token usage. Pricing for each model is published in the /v1/models endpoint. All prices are in USD.

5.2 Prepaid Credits

You must maintain a positive credit balance to use the Service. When your balance reaches zero, API requests will return a 402 Payment Required error.

5.3 No Refunds

Used credits are non-refundable. Unused prepaid credits may be refunded within 30 days of purchase at our discretion.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (notified in advance)
• Upstream provider outages
• Network infrastructure failures
• Force majeure events

We are not liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you submit through the API. We retain all rights to the Service infrastructure, branding, and software. AI model outputs are subject to the terms of the respective model providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 30 days
• We are not responsible for the content of AI model outputs

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at: Privacy Policy

10. Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms or if your account remains inactive for more than 12 months.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
